The picture on this cover has been "photo-shopped" from the Legendary Masters Series CD album "Walk-Don't Run:The Best of The Ventures" which has a completely different track listing. Even You-Tube videos don't show a keyboardist on stage with The Ventures during live gigs/5(87). Reply

This CD features the Ventures first and second albums. The first album features the Ventures biggest hit, "Walk, Don't Run". Most of the rest of the album features cover of other people's instrumentals, although there are two original tunes written by the group. The second album features two hits, "Perfidia" and "Ram-Bunk-Shush"/5(9). Reply

The Ventures is the coolest rock & roll band that ever existed. In , they were finally added to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. The Ventures' surf rock cover of Johnny Smith's jazzy song Walk, Don't Run put them on the map. Walk, Don't Run '64 has a /5(73). Reply

Walk Dont Run Vol. 2 is the birth of a tighter band, due to the addition of drummer Mel Taylor, replacing Howie Johnson. Some classics on the album are, the new hard rocking Night Train, Peach Fuzz, their classic, Rap City, Lonely Avenue, Pedal Pusher and of course, Walk Dont Run 64'. This CD is quality Ventures/5(9). They had a million-seller with 'Walk – Don't Run' on Dolton 25 in (initially released on Blue Horizon in ), and although they didn't have many other big hit singles (the exception being 'Hawaii Five-O', a No.4 in ), they have sold more than a million albums, which makes them the best-selling instrumental group ever.
